The 8th Street Office building will be located at 5570 8th Street West in Lehigh Acres.  With its great location near the intersection of Westgate Boulevard and Lee Boulevard, this 1.82 acre site will be easily accessible. 

The 3-story multi-tenant office building will have 25,600 square feet of office space available for lease.  The Mediterranean style building features a covered entry and terrace to welcome tenants and guests.  The site can be accessed via two entrances.  One entry will connect directly with 8th Street, while the other connects with a private access road which leads out to 8th Street.  The site plan offers 86 parking spaces, enhanced landscaping, and a connected walkway for convenient access to the adjacent property.

Permitting through Lee County Development Services, Florida Government Utility Authority, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection has been required for this project.
