Calusa Ridge

Pine Island, Florida

Calusa Ridge is gated residential community located on Stringfellow Road in Pine Island, Florida.  Nestled in the natural settings of Pine Island, these luxury estate homes are situated in a private secluded community but are still minutes from all the activities that draw people to this beautiful island.  Just minutes from golf courses, tennis courts, and marinas, this is the perfect location for those who want to escape to the relaxing island lifestyle.

Located on 59.74 acres, Calusa Ridge has 54, one-plus acre home sites.  Each home site will have its own private nature preserve area. The serene community surrounds a 6.18 acre centrally located lake, and has over 13.8 acres of Gopher Tortoise preserve area.

Permitting through Lee County Development Services, South Florida Water Management District, Greater Pine Island Water Association, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection was required for the this project.
