Construction on the new 60,000 square foot corporate headquarters and warehouse for Creative Events and Rentals began in September 2007.  The Mediterranean style building will feature a 6,000 square foot showroom in addition to the warehouse and office space.  

Specializing in event planning and equipment rental, the building has been designed to meet the company’s special needs.  The building’s features will include: 10 loading docks, a full laundry facility to clean, press and package linens for client use, a cleaning facility for dishes, glassware, and utensils, and a manufacturing area and paint booth to allow for custom designs and special order products.

Located at 8030 Supply Drive in the fast growing industrial corridor along Alico Road in South Fort Myers, this building will be the largest event planning and rental facility in Florida.  Built on a 4.99 acre parcel, the building has 2 entrances on supply drive.  With over 93 parking spaces, the site plan provides ample parking for both customers and employees, with conveniently located parking in both the front and rear of the building.     

Permitting through Lee County Development Services, South Florida Water Management District, Lee County Utilities, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection has been required for this development.
