Cypress Gardens Preserve

Cypress Gardens Preserve is a multifamily residential community located in the heart of Fort Myers just blocks from the growing shopping district on Colonial Boulevard and Six Mile Cypress.  Conveniently located, Cypress Gardens Preserve is perfectly situated just west of Six Mile Cypress on Challenger Boulevard.  With easy access to I-75 and close proximity to shopping, Fort Myers International Airport, schools, and hospitals, Cypress Gardens Preserve is a location that can’t be beat.

Upon completion, Cypress Gardens Preserve will have a total of 192 residential units in eleven, 3-story buildings.  With lush tropical landscaping surrounding this Mediterranean style development, residents can feel at home.  Cypress Gardens Preserve amenities include a club house, fitness center, resort style swimming pool, and a children’s play area. 

Permitting through the City of Fort Myers, South Florida Water Management District, City of Fort Myers Utilities, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection was required for this project.
