A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on March 12, 2008 for the Martello Center.  Built by Hammer Construction, the Martello Center is located at 422 NE 2nd Place in Cape Coral.  Situated just off of Pine Island Road between Del Prado and Santa Barbara Boulevard, the building is located in the fast growing Pine Island Corridor.

The two-story office building has 18,300 square feet.  The Mediterranean style building sits on a 1.03 acre parcel and features a porte-cochere entrance.  The building can be accessed through one of the two entrances along NE 2nd Place.  The site plan offers 52 parking spaces, including cover parking areas along each side of the building and tropical landscaping.

Permitting through the City of Cape Coral was required for this project.
