Lee West Center

The Lee West Commercial Center will be located at 3419 Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres.  With its great location near Sunshine Boulevard, this 5.5-acre project will be a great addition to the growing Lee Boulevard Corridor. 

The Commercial Center will have a total of four buildings, built in 3 phases.  The first phase will consist of the two largest buildings, building #1 and #2.  At 15,675 square feet each, these buildings are proposed for retail sales, professional office or restaurant use.  Phase I will also include construction of parking areas, utilities and other infrastructure. Building #3 will be constructed under Phase II.  This building will also be for retail sales, office or restaurant use and will be approximately 3,300 square feet.  The 4th building, a proposed 2,589 square foot bank, will be constructed under phase III and will include four drive-thru teller lanes.  All together these buildings total over 37,239 square feet of space available for lease.

The site can be accessed via two entrances.  One entry will connect directly with Lee Boulevard, while the other connects with Sarah Avenue North.  The site plan offers 199 parking spaces, enhanced landscaping, and a covered patio area between buildings #1 and #2 to welcome guests.

Permitting through Lee County Development Services, Florida Government Utility Authority, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection was required for this project.
