RVB Holdings

Construction was completed in November 2007 on the retail and office building by RVB Holdings.  This .93 acre site is located at 1716 Cape Coral Parkway West. It is conveniently located in the popular Southwest Cape Coral area, just west of Chiquita Boulevard on the corner of SW 17th Place.

The one-story Mediterranean style building has a total of 7,687 square feet for retail sales and professional office use.  With access to both Cape Coral Parkway and SW 17th Place, the site allows for easily access to all visitors. 

The General Contractor for this project was Stevens Construction, with architectural services by Jason Tramonte Architect, Inc. 

Permitting through the City of Cape Coral was required for this project.
