Shops at Jamaica Bay

The Shops at Jamaica Bay retail center is located at 15245 South Tamiami Trail (US41).  Located just south of Gladiolus, this centrally located 19,469 square foot shopping center was completed in August 2007.  The Shops of Jamaica Bay is home to several businesses including the 4,500 square foot restaurant, Bear Rock Café.

Located at the intersection of Jamaica Bay Blvd and US41, this attractive shopping center stands out along US41. The Shops at Jamaica Bay features a Mediterranean style designed building, lush landscaping, and a 129 space lighted parking lot with two entrances.  Customers can access the shopping center through the shared entrance with the Fifth Third Bank on US41 or by turning on to Jamaica Bay Blvd.

Permitting through Lee County Development Services, South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation, Lee County Utilities, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection was required for this project.
