Suncoast Credit Union

Cape Coral Parkway

Located at 1730 Cape Coral Parkway, the new branch location is just west of Chiquita Boulevard, between SW 17th Place and SW 18th Avenue.  This great location is the 50th branch for Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union.

The new branch is 4,990 square feet and has 4 drive-thru teller lanes.  The site has two driveway connections.  The first is a full access driveway connecting with SW 17th  Place, and the second is an exit only driveway connecting to SW 18th Avenue.  Both 17th Place and 18th Avenue connect directly with Cape Coral Parkway.  The Site plan offers 62 parking spaces, code compliant lighting, and a tropical landscaping plan.

Permitting through the City of Cape Coral was required for this project.

Underwood Drive

Rezoning and Permitting is under way for the new Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union branch in the Caloosahatchee Shores Community.  Located on Underwood Drive, the branch will be situated west of I-75 south of Palm Beach Boulevard.  Rezoning from Residential (RS-1) to Special Commercial Office District (CS-1) with a Special Exception to permit drive-thru lanes is required for this 2.5-acre site. The Planning Division of TDM Consulting has worked closely with Lee County’s Environmental Sciences Department to protect and preserve the many heritage oak trees on site.  The proposed development has been designed with minimal impact to the natural features of the heavily wooded site.  The zoning and development order applications are currently under review by Lee County Community Development. 

The proposed site will feature a 4,990 square foot building with 4 drive-thru teller lanes.
