Trevi

Trevi is an exclusive gated waterfront community situated along the Caloosahatchee River in Fort Myers.  Offering residents spectacular water views, this intimate cul-de-sac community is located on Keenan Avenue, just off of the scenic palm tree lined McGregor Boulevard.

The 3.52 acre site was designed to create a private enclave of seven home sites all surrounding a beautiful center island with tropical landscaping, fountain and arbor.  In addition, the site design features water views for each home, gated entry, brick paver roadway, and private docks with direct gulf access.   The custom estate homes are designed by the award winning home builder, Michelangelo Homes.

Trevi

Permitting through Lee County Development Services, Lee County Utilities, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection was required for this development.
