Villas at Venezia

Fort Myers, Florida

Villas at Venezia is a multifamily residential community located in the heart of Fort Myers on Metro Parkway, just blocks from Colonial Blvd.  Conveniently located, Villas of Venezia is perfectly situated near the Edison Mall, Lee Memorial Hospital, and US41 and just minutes from Edison College, Downtown Fort Myers, and I-75.

Villas of Venezia is a two-phase development and will have 308 total residential units upon completion.  Phase I is located on the east side of Metro Parkway and will have 16 Buildings with 180 units.  With a privacy fence and lush, tropical landscaping surrounding this Mediterranean style development, residents can feel at home.  Villas at Venezia’s amenities include a club house with swimming pool, and a children’s play area.  Construction of Phase I is nearly complete on this 10.6 acre community, with several buildings already fully occupied.

Phase II is to be located on an 8.95 acres parcel across from Phase I, on the west side of Metro Parkway.  Villas of Venezia II will have 8 buildings with a total of 128 units.  With the same Mediterranean style architecture, privacy fencing, lush tropical landscaping, and amenities including club house and pool, Villas of Venezia II is sure to be a success.

Permitting through The City of Fort Myers, South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation, City of Fort Myers Utilities, Lee County Department of Health, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection was required for these two developments.
