Shops of Paradise
Lehigh Acres, Florida
The Villas of Paradise and Shops of Paradise is a combination of residential and commercial uses. Located at the corner of Bell Blvd and Long Lines Lane in Lehigh Acres, the project will sit on one 11.18 acre parcel. The Villas of Paradise
consists of a 30 duplex subdivision with the Shops of Paradise as a commercial out parcel.

With 60 residential units, Villas of Paradise will encompass 8.73 acres of the site. The quaint subdivision will have custom landscape lots. Shops of Paradise will be on the remainder 2.45 acres fronting Bell Boulevard and
will have a 0.40 acre indigenous preserve area. With a private road, Soul Lane, bisecting the property, residents and shoppers will be able to access the site via two entrances. With approximately 83 parking spaces, and 18,882 square feet
of commercial space, the Shops of Paradise will have flexible leasing space.

has been required for this project.
