Services: Project Management
We pride ourselves on our ability to fulfill our client's needs, from the smallest job to the largest development. As a full service firm, we work with our clients throughout the entire development process from the initial conceptual site plan to pre-application meetings, permitting review, and final inspections.
- Typically have 10-15 projects in various stages of design and/or construction.
- Weekly staff meetings to gauge work load and project progress.
- We believe good communication is the key to success.
- Frequent site visits, documenting progress and making sure the project is on track.
TDM Consulting, Inc. currently has a staff of five individuals. We have two Licensed Civil Engineers, one Planner, and two Project Coordinators. In addition, under extreme work loads, we have two experienced contract designers on standby. With our combined experience and knowledge our team is confident we will be able to meet any need. Working together, each member of this team is committed to providing our clients with professional, quality services in a timely manner.
