TDM Consulting, Inc. (www.tdmcivilengineering.com) has been selected by Matera Bay Plaza, LLC to provide the civil engineering services for their new project on Colonial Boulevard. Located
just west of Summerlin Road, this 1.33 acre site is one of the last undeveloped parcels along Colonial Boulevard between US 41 and McGregor Boulevard.
Matera Bay Plaza will be approximately 16,600 square feet. The two-story plaza will feature retail space on the first floor and professional offices on the second floor. Architectural services are being provided by the Miami based firm,
Bellón Milanés Architects and Planners.

new international division, TDM Worldwide Enterprises. Robert Light, who has been with TDM Consulting since June 2007, has been promoted to manage the new office. An official ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration
will be held on April 11, 2008. Partnering with the Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the ceremony and reception will be attended by both local and international guest including Dignitaries and Business Professionals from several different

Nick DiMasi, Project Manager, announces that TDM Consulting, Inc. has received Development Order approval for the Harlem Heights Cultural Arts & Community Center. The 14,000 sq ft Community Center (www.heightsfoundation.org)
will be located on Hagie Drive (off of Gladiolus Drive). Upon completion, the Community Center will offer a variety of classes for children and adults, including creative and performing arts programs, computer classes, and theatrical
productions, along with a senior center with daily hot lunch. Construction of the estimated 4.5 million dollar center is scheduled to start in December.
Architectural services are being provided by Gora McGahey Associates in Architecture, Construction Managers will be O.A.K. Construction.

James Messick, Project Manager, announces that TDM Consulting, Inc. has been granted site plan approval from the City of Cape Coral for a new Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union. The new 4,990 square
foot branch will have 6 drive thru lanes and will be located at 1730 Cape Coral Parkway. In addition, TDM Consulting, Inc has been awarded engineering and rezoning contracts for 2 new Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union locations. The two
new locations are Underwood Drive near Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers, and on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral. Architectural services for the new buildings have been awarded to Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects. Suncoast
Schools Federal Credit Union has quoted Lee County as the fastest growing area for the financial institution.
